The MicroLab 40 Premium Particle Counter is an all-in-one, automated lubricant analysis system for on-site oil condition and mechanical health testing. It performs multi-parameter testing including particle counting for cleanliness of hydraulic and gear oils, kinematic viscosity, oil chemistry and extended elemental analysis to diagnose wear, contamination and oil degradation. Typical use cases include fleets and heavy equipment with hydraulic systems, gearboxes, transmissions and offshore drilling equipment where rapid, on-site oil condition assessment is required.
