Spectro Scientific FPQ-XRF Filtergram for grease analysis is a consumable filter coupon used with Spectro Scientific FPQ and XRF systems to capture wear and contamination particles from grease samples for coupled particulate and elemental analysis. The 100 pack provides single-use filtergrams designed to collect particles >4 µm during the FPQ pore-blockage filtration step so the retained debris can be analyzed by X-ray fluorescence for elemental concentration in ppm. Typical use cases include grease sample screening, elemental wear-metal quantification, and archival of captured debris for microscopic wear-debris examination.
