The solution preserves tissue samples for up to 72 hours when stored at 2–8°C, maintaining high cell viability and enabling subsequent enzymatic dissociation workflows and single‑cell library preparation. It is intended for preservation of intact tissue (not cell suspensions) and complements sCelLiVE® dissociation reagents and automated dissociation platforms.
