sCelLiVE® Tissue Dissociation Kit is a manufacturer-provided all-in-one solution for preservation and enzymatic dissociation of fresh, solid biological tissue samples to generate single-cell suspensions for downstream workflows such as single cell sequencing and flow cytometry. The kit includes preservation buffer and a broad-spectrum Dissociation Master Mix and is intended to preserve samples for up to 72 hours at 2–8°C and to enzymatically dissociate tissue rapidly (manual and automated options). The kit configuration covers 16 reactions for processing tissue pieces of about 100 mg each.
