GEXSCOPE® Single Cell RNA Library Kit L100 is a micro-well–based library preparation kit for single-cell RNA sequencing that uses Singleron’s SCOPE-chip technology to perform cell partitioning, lysis, barcoding and library construction. The kit provides the SCOPE-chips, barcoding beads and reagents required for chip loading, cell lysis, cell barcoding and sequencing library preparation in a streamlined workflow. The workflow is designed to be completed in 6–8 hours and generates Illumina-compatible sequencing libraries (with minor modifications the libraries can also be run on PacBio and MGI platforms). The kit is supplied as the L100 format and is configured for 2 RXNs.
