His Buffer Kit provides carefully prepared buffer concentrates for binding, washing and elution of histidine-tagged proteins according to recommended protocols. A method for optimisation of imidazole concentration in the binding buffer is described.

Kit contains 2×100 ml phosphate 8X stock solution (pH 7,4) and 100 ml highly pure 2 M imidazole (pH 7,4).
