The Revio system is a high throughput native long-read sequencing instrument. It directly outputs HiFi reads that are tens of kilobases in length and include accurate DNA sequence and methylation status. The Revio system can process up to four SMRT Cells simultaneously, each nanofabricated with 25 million ZMW wells. This part includes the sequencing instrument, primary analysis compute, instrument training, and a 12-month warranty subject to PacBio standard terms and conditions.
