SMPCare GxP technical support plan includes one year of advanced technical support for SMP GxP software for the number of users indicated on the SMP7 GXP ACT line item. Support is provided remotely by our Technical Support team, specifically for regulated labs, such as complex data analysis, assistance with existing protocols and formulas, SMP GxP and Admin software support. Starting with SMP GxP version 7.1.1 or higher, includes software updates (designated by the change of version number to the right of the first or second decimal point) and GxP Admin password recovery. Excluded from the plan are software upgrades (designated by the change of version number to the left of the first decimal point), protocol building services, training, software validation and installation services.
