Microfluidics HC8000EP - Pressure range 1,000 to 8,000 psi (70 to 550 bar) - Nominal flow rate 750 to 1,000 ml/min (water), depending on operating pressure, product characteristics and chamber selection - 250 ml minimum sample size - Ceramic Interaction Chamber (CIXC) - Pharma Grade Chamber and APM - Chamber selection: E230Z CIXC (805.00005) for normal viscosity or L30Z CIXC (805.00004) for highly viscous materials - All wetted metal contact surfaces are type 316 stainless steel or better - Clean In Place high pressure tubing - UHMWPE plunger seal - Stainless steel baseplate and motor shroud - Viton O.rings and gaskets (in product contact) - Tool & Spare Parts Kit (essential spares) - Product Reservoir, 2.0 liter stainless steel - Cooling Coil and tray (801.0007) - Includes coiled piping for product - Includes open style drainable tray with shutoff valve in drain line - Outlet connection requires 3/8” ID tubing (supplied by customer) - Sanitary Flush Diaphragm Pressure Transducer - HC8000 (801.00173) Sanitary flush diaphragm pressure transducer and digital readout manufactured with NIST traceable methods (Replaces product pressure gauge). - Digital readout not autoclavable. - Pressure transducer and digital readout are not explosion proof. - Pressure Transducer is Autoclavable - FFKM (Kalrez or equivalent) Elastomers (801.00236) O-rings are FFKM (Kalrez or equivalent), gaskets are Teflon (PTFE) encapsulating viton. - Air Motor for Autoclaving (801.00007) Modified air motor to allow autoclaving @ 250º F (121ºC). - IQOQ Documentation Documentation package includes: - Documents and drawings delivered electronically - Electropolished and Passivated wetted components - CE compliant, noise level less than or equal to 85 dBA
