Microfluidics HC5000EP
Microfluidics HC5000EP - Pressure range 500 to 5,000 psi (35 to 345 bar) - Nominal flow rate 750 to 950 ml/min (water), depending on operating pressure, product characteristics and chamber selection - 100 ml minimum sample size - Ceramic Interaction Chamber (CIXC) - Chamber selection: L30Z CIXC (805.00004) for normal viscosity or H230Z CIXC (805.00058) for highly viscous materials - All wetted metal contact surfaces are type 316 stainless steel or better - Clean In Place high pressure tubing. - UHMWPE plunger seal - Sanitary Flush Diaphragm Pressure Transducer -Sanitary flush diaphragm pressure transducer. Pressure transducer is autoclavable. Product contact surface finish of transducer is less than or equal to 20 Ra and is passivated. - Calibration, Pressure transducer -NIST traceable calibration at 0, 80 and 100% of span. 12 month Certificate of Calibration included. - Product contact surface treatment -Surface finish and electro-polishing (EP) of product contact surfaces are done on a “best effort” basis. 20 Ra surface finish or better where possible. The small diameters of the high pressure tubing and fittings limit the ability to EP and finish totally. All stainless steel surfaces are passivated. Does not include material or electropolish and passivated certificates - Viton O.rings and gaskets (in product contact) - Tool & Spare Parts Kit (essential spares) - Product Reservoir, 1.0 liter stainless steel - CE compliant, noise level less than or equal to 85 dBA - IQOQ Documentation - Sanitary Outlet Adapter
