NAN is a range of Nestlé infant formula products formulated to provide complete nutrition for formula-fed infants. Specific NAN Stage 1 formulas are described as nutritionally complete for healthy infants from birth and include combinations of human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs), probiotic cultures and essential long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids to support digestive health and the still-developing immune system. Variants within the NAN line are presented as starter (Stage 1) formulas for infants up to 6 months when they are not breastfed.
