Biologix AlumaSeal II Sealing Films, sterile 61-0025 are high-quality sealing films made of 36 µm soft non-permeable aluminum foil with a strong medical-grade acrylic adhesive. These films measure 82.6 x 146 mm and are recommended for temperatures ranging from -80°C to +120°C. They are suitable for use in PCR and cold storage environments, with temperatures of -40°C to +90°C. The films are easily pierceable with single or multichannel pipettors and robotic probes. They are heat and resistant, DNase-, RNase-, and nucleic-acid-free, providing an excellent barrier to sample evaporation and drying.
