The BT-Online1 particle size analyzer applies laser diffraction technique to provides real-time particle size measurement results for dry process lines 24/7 with a measurment range from 0.1 to 1000μm. The BT-Online1 standard configuration is integrated into client's manufacturing system, where the sample of 1 process line can be extracted and measured in a by-pass loop. Communication between the analyzer and different client's control platform can be achieved via Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, 4-20mA analog signal, allowing customized data transmission according to the client’s requirements and enabling feedback control on the client side. The BT-Online 1 particle size analyzer consists of two parts, the measurement unit and the control cabinet. Samples are measured within the measurement unit. The control cabinet provides the gas supply (sampling gas, protective gas, and cleaning gas), controls the measurement process according to the pre-set SOPs that minimizes human intervention, protects the electronic system by disconnecting faulted components, and supplies backup power with the helf of uninterruptible power supply (UPS). The BT-Online1 is characterized by strong environmental adaptability with its IP66-rated protection from water and dust, high working temperature up to 80℃ with the use of water condenser, automatic alignment process against potential vibration, and multiple configuration suitable to viarious application scenarios (Explosion-proof cabinet, copper and zinc free configuration, stainless steel piping configuration, and auger sampler). The analysis software provides a wide range of functions, including data interface settings, SOP settings, real-time measurement result curves, and a report editor.
